How to Deposit

2 min read

Deposits into your Aires wallet are typically used to pay for a bot plan subscription or to top up your Gas Wallet. Here's how it works.

1. Go to Wallets

From your dashboard, go to Wallets → Deposit. You'll see the wallet(s) available to fund, along with the accepted deposit method for your account.

2. Choose a Deposit Method

Depending on what's enabled for your account, this may be a crypto deposit address (e.g., USDT) or an internal transfer option. If you're depositing crypto, Aires will show you a deposit address — send only the exact asset and network shown on that screen. Sending the wrong asset or using the wrong network can result in permanently lost funds, and this cannot be reversed by Aires.

3. Confirm the Network

Double-check the network (for example, TRC20 vs ERC20 for USDT) before sending. Using the wrong network is the single most common cause of lost deposits across the entire crypto industry, not specific to Aires — always match the network shown on the deposit screen exactly.

4. Wait for Confirmation

Deposits typically appear in your Aires wallet after the required number of network confirmations, which varies by asset and network. You can track the status from the Wallets page. If a deposit doesn't appear after a reasonable time for that network, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).

Need Help?

If your deposit hasn't arrived or you're unsure which network to use, contact support@airescommunity.com with your transaction hash before attempting to resend.
