Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aires Community platform, bots, dashboard and related services (the "Service"), operated by Aires Community Ltd., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands ("Aires", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Aires provides fully automated crypto trading bots that connect to your own account on supported exchanges (Binance, BingX and Bybit) via API key. Aires is an AI-operated platform: the trading logic is executed by automated systems, and there is no manual human trading desk making discretionary decisions on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for ensuring use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of automated crypto trading services is prohibited.

3. Account and Exchange Connection

You connect your own account on a supported exchange using an API key. You are required to disable withdrawal permissions on that API key. Aires does not request, require, or accept withdrawal-enabled API access, and is not a custodian of your funds at any point.

4. Fees and the Gas Wallet

Each bot plan carries a flat annual subscription fee, which includes a free gas credit. Trading gains are settled against a separate Gas Wallet on an hourly basis. Topping up your Gas Wallet is matched 2x by Aires, resulting in an effective 50/50 split of trading gains between you and Aires. Full details are available on the Pricing section of our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Liquidation Guarantee

Aires offers a 100% Liquidation Guarantee on accounts that remain fully managed by the Aires bot without manual interference. The full terms, conditions, and claims process are set out in our separate Liquidation Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. No Investment Advice, No Guaranteed Returns

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Aires does not guarantee any specific rate of return. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital deployed. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Using the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the underlying trading logic of any bot.
• Providing an API key with withdrawal permissions enabled.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trading logic, branding, and content associated with the Service are the property of Aires Community Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law or exchange policy. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your exchange account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aires Community Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, except as expressly provided under the Liquidation Guarantee Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
