Liquidation Guarantee Policy

This Liquidation Guarantee Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms under which Aires Community Ltd. ("Aires", "we", "us") provides a 100% liquidation guarantee to eligible accounts. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Our Commitment
Where an eligible account is liquidated while fully managed by the Aires bot, Aires will:
- Take full responsibility for the liquidation event.
- Provide a structured recovery solution to restore your capital.
- Not require any additional funds from you to receive this recovery.
2. Eligibility Conditions
This guarantee applies only where, at all times prior to and at the moment of liquidation, the account satisfied all of the following:
- No manual opening of trades by the account holder or any third party.
- No manual closing of trades by the account holder or any third party.
- No manual changes to leverage, margin, or other bot-managed settings.
- No external trading conducted on the same exchange account outside the Aires bot.
- The account followed the connection setup as described in our onboarding guidance, with withdrawal permission disabled.
3. What Voids This Guarantee
Any manual interference with the account, as described in Section 2, voids this guarantee automatically and immediately for the affected account, regardless of whether that interference directly caused the liquidation event.
4. Claims Process
- Notify us at support@airescommunity.com within 7 days of the liquidation event.
- Provide your account ID, the affected exchange, and the approximate time of liquidation.
- Aires will review account activity logs to confirm eligibility under Section 2.
- If eligible, Aires will propose a structured recovery timeline and method.
5. Limitations
This guarantee covers the liquidated capital under the conditions above. It does not cover: losses arising from exchange-side outages or exchange insolvency, losses on accounts with withdrawal-enabled API keys, or losses on positions opened outside the Aires bot's ordinary operation.
6. Relationship to Fees
This guarantee is separate from, and not affected by, the fee and profit-sharing structure described in our Terms of Service and Pricing information.
7. Amendments
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email, and will apply prospectively from their effective date.
