How to Sign Up and Log In

Creating an Aires account takes a couple of minutes. Here's the full process from first visit to logged-in dashboard.

1. Creating an Account

Go to user.airescommunity.com/register (or click "Create Account" from the main site). You'll be asked for basic details — typically your name, email address, and a password. Use a strong, unique password, since this account will eventually be linked to your exchange API connection.

After submitting the form, check your email for a verification message if one is sent, and confirm your address before continuing. If you were referred by an existing member, make sure any referral link or code is applied at signup — it typically can't be added retroactively.

2. First Login

Once your account is created, go to user.airescommunity.com/login and sign in with the email and password you registered with. If two-factor authentication is available on your account, you may be prompted to confirm your identity with a second step — keep that method (authenticator app, email code, etc.) accessible.

3. What You'll See First

After logging in, you'll land on your dashboard. At this stage, before connecting an exchange, most of the trading and PNL widgets will be empty — that's expected. The next steps are to connect an exchangeand, if you're activating a paid bot plan, make a deposit to fund your account.

4. Forgot Your Password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a reset email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting support.
